pilsuk diet dream high style @ 09:37

HI EVERYONE!

I always feel weird when I say that because I still believe that I am the only one who reads this blog besides my bbf. :/ ok anyway moving on. as you can all see from my head title, I am embarking on a new diet yet again! this diet is not a crash diet infact its going to span over 100 days to be exact.

I came across this diet while talking to my brother (lol I am always complaining to him about how i want to lose weight) and he just anyhow said, why don't you follow IU's diet from Dream High and I suddenly perked up when I heard that. Because incase you don't know I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ANYTHING WHICH IS KOREAN OKAY. so yeah. I googled it and this is what I found out!

So yup, that is the diet I will be following. sorry I couldn't find any video with eng subs wtf. But basically she sets a goal to lose 30kg in 200 days. I wish to lose only 15kg so i am making it 100 days instead of 200. :) she is advised to eat like a queen in the morning, a commoner for lunch and a beggar for dinner. she has to also stop eating after 7pm and skip rope every day for 30 mins.

actually the eating style is what every health expert will tell you la, to eat more in the morning and eat lesser as the sun goes down. but LOOK AT THE PICTURE PLEASE SO CUTE RIGHT?! it just makes every other diet look so dull. lol. and doesnt the short video clip motivates you?! like pilsuk you also want to become pretty right?! so LETS DO THIS!

I don't know if today is counted as day 1 or not because I haven't prepared the board yet like hers which is also something that will motivate me! and somemore tonight i went off track just a little bit. like teensy tiny. oh and I didnt skip rope also lol wtf.

but anyways this is what I ate, lets call it day 0, like a getting warmed up session for the marathon starting tomorrow la, okay. Btw I am a Vegetarian. ^^

DAY 0

BREAKFAST
Detox Juice (peach, orange and flavoured non-fat yoghurt)
Brown Rice, Brocoli, eggplant and beans
half portion of small rojak

LUNCH
(ok i completely screwed up this one, didnt had time so just drank 2 packets of vitasoy soy milk. FML T.T)

DINNER
Sunshine wholemeal cream roll
half portion rice with mum's kadhi.

Kadhi is a north indian dish made with sour curd/yoghurt. fucking awesome but why she must make today only huh!

SNACK? (i dont know if it should be called a snack)

So tomorrow it is then. Actually can say today ah because its already past midnight. keke. oh and i found out that pilsuk's lunch had a salad, 1 boiled egg, boiled sweet potatoes and eight baby tomatoes which accounts up to roughly 346 kcal. not bad. but then if I eat like this everyday i will confirm get bored. I mean seriously eat salad for lunch EVERYDAY is seriously I cannot take it. So anyway i found out a easier alternative which I saw a girl posted she also does following the same diet, which is to eat half portion of what she normally eats for lunch that her mum makes and a fruit. like my mother her mother also dont like her skipping meals and all. tsk these mothers. ok but we still love them. :)

this brings me to another topic and that is that its easier for adults to go on diets as compared to teens/young adults because they can easily control what comes into the house and what doesn't and they also have the spending power. but for us there is a reason why everything also got student discount, it's because we are POOR. All average students are poor. period. so we cant afford to have fancy salads and whatever that requires us to go Cold Storage (very popular for expensive but hard to find food items in singapore). and since our mothers prepare our meals and force us to have their oil laden but very yummy curry we as children also cannot say NO. -_-" tsk tsk.
