 day 02 pilsuk challenge @ 08:46
So today was a horrible day for my diet seriously. :/ I mean I didnt eat anything unhealthy but I am really hungry because I ate so little today. I wasnt able to follow my diet properly. I definitely did not eat breakfast like a queen. :/ I did not eat breakfast actually. YEAH I KNOW. NO BREAKFAST. Because I rushed for work and didnt had time at all to eat any breakfast, somemore the bus was so fucking late today. grr.
Day 02
Breakfast
nothing. T.T
Lunch
Salad with 1 spoonful of pasta sauce as salad dressing
Dinner
1 packet of soy milk chocolate flavoured
1 apple
because I consumed so little calories today, I dont think it makes sense if I actually still do the skipping so I left out the exercise portion for today. I mean now already my stomach is like grumbling like mad! And my mum so nice ask me if she wants her to cook for me now. :') I seriously would not mind eating her spicy tofu curry and rice now but then the whole of today would be gone in vain. so I guess just tahan this temptation. talking about temptations, felt like eating you tiao so badly today. bad heart napun mameul~ >.<
