Hi everyone!
today was a good diet day. I had more time to do things today and my mum was super nice, woke up earlier than me to make lunch then slept again. :) haha. and I am improving in my salad skills. this time it wasn't just plain veggies with pasta sauce as dressing but actual salad dressing I made myself. Its a vinaigrette made from oil and vinegar.
but I think I put a bit too much vinaigrette this time, making it a bit unhealthy, because it is oil afterall, so I have to be careful. they say that if you eat your salad with fattening dressings then no point eating salad already, might as well eat a full meal so I gotta be careful! nevermind I shall improve on my next salad. :)

A few grapes
Rice with mum's dal, yoghurt and cucumbers
Lunch
Salad with vinaigrette dressing and 1 boiled sweet potato
Dinner
1 packet Vitasoy chocolate milk.
for exercise I did 300 skips in the morning and 800 skips at night just a while back. altogether 1100 rope skips! I reached my target of skipping woohoo! and I did 100 extra because I am planning to eat
2 mini donuts (in the end only ate 1 because dad ate another one, grr) for breakfast tomorrow. :D I have to indulge once in a while because if I don't I won't be able to follow any diet and fall back again. And I didn't even buy the donuts on purpose lor. my tuition place gave me lol, how to say no to free donuts?! ><
plus breakfast is suppose to be like a queen and a queen can eat the desserts she wants. ^~^
