 day 04 and day 05 of pilsuk challenge! @ 09:41
So yesterday I didnt had time to blog because once I came home at night, my brother asked me to help him practice his english oral for O's, because of which I also didnt had the time to do my skips but thank god I had done 400 skips in the morning so it was still okay la.
But today I got distracted lol. came home and started watching running man! and since now its already 12.30am I am just gonna write this post and SLEEP! So no skipping for today. :/
Day 04
Breakfast
1chocolate mini donut
rice with tofu curry and stir fried greens
Lunch
1 tofu curry sandwich
1 plum
1 onion ring. just one.
Dinner
1 pkt chocolate soy milk
1 banana
Snack
2 mentos sweets
Day 05
Breakfast
1 potato chip
rice with peas and potato curry and stir fried tofu
1 sip of ice passionfruit tea
Lunch
1 tofu sandwich
1 pkt chocolate soy milk
Dinner
1 banana
1 cup of plain peppermint tea
