day 09 day 10 of pilsuk challenge @ 07:39

So proud of myself, did 900 skips yesterday night in one go! and why I didnt finish up to 1000? because right after I finished my 900 skips my muscle was really sore, omg I could hardly walk! and I felt a sharp pain on the front of my calf near the bone area so I just stopped at 900. :/ but still pretty good!

Oh and for yesterday and today I changed my diet a little, ate breakfast like a beggar/commoner and my lunch was like a queen lol. just test out if I felt less hungrier later or what and also I felt bored of just eating small amount of food for lunch pfft. but still I ate healthy for lunch. :) and I actually feel less hungry at the end of the day.

Day 09

Breakfast
1 chocolate croissant
1 plain croissant

Lunch
Bento lunch box: Rice, mini salad with 1 tbs kimchi. toasted tofu, steamed carrots and bell pepper. 1 serving grapes and half apple.

got a lot of raves for this bento when I uploaded the picture on facebook! super cute! >~<

Dinner
1 pkt chocolate soy milk
1 glass of Hongcho fruit vinegar drink

Day 10

Breakfast
1 piece of almond and raisin bread

Lunch
1 tofu sandwhich
half grapefruit
1 small banana

Dinner
1 pkt of chocolate soy milk
