LOL so as you can tell I am getting
lazier busier to do these posts. but my diet is going fine. :) I just finished day 08 today and I think it went well and I am getting used to this diet already. i don't feel so hungry as when I first started out! even if I eat little. think my appetite is suppressing! ^^
oh and the skipping part I am being a big lazy ass. :/ I definitely don't skip rope everyday for sure like today! gotta do something about it. -.-
now 3 days review in one POST! I think next time will be one week one post already. :P
Day 06
Breakfast
4 pieces of wholemeal bread slightly toasted with oil
dal and yoghurt
Lunch
1 sunshine chocolate cream bread. only 196 kcal!
1 plum
Dinner
1 packet of chocolate soy milk
Day 07 (did 700 skips today)
Breakfast
1 Giant chocolate chip cookie
1 cup of hot milk tea
rice with soya meal curry
Lunch
3 mini slices of garlic bread
1/2 serving of multi-grain paste soup.
Dinner
1 cup of minestrone soup
a few pieces of fruits
1 packet chocolate soy milk
day 08
Breakfast
1 cup of milk tea
3 pieces of wholemeal bread
soybean meal and potato curry
Lunch
fruit salad
1/2 serving of the multi-grain paste soup.
yeah after my work ended I wasnt feeling hungry because I ate a heavy lunch so I skipped dinner. but I must admit now at midnight I am really feeling the hunger pangs! ><
oh and I finally bought a lunch box with 4 compartments so I can make bento style lunch boxes! Lol my mum kept complaining about how many lunch boxes was I going to buy because at home already have so many! and did grocery shopping today and bought more fruits! ^^
And canned baked beans and mock chicken. I saw the healthier logo on the canned tin and the calorie per serving before I bought it so its okay. :)
