So its very obvious that I am not updating anymore because I very damn lazy and quite busy also la. So anyways, my diet has been going great. except today, I ate kimchi instant ramen for dinner today FML. Feeling quite guilty right now. But I swear besides that I have been doing amazingly well. I am so used to this eating style now.
I feel and also starting to look GREAT! like seriously, I feel so motivated to plan my meals, shop for food items and always reading the back labels of everything I buy, I am so aware of everything that goes down my throat now wtf. I have lost about 4kg. I had planned to lose about 5 kgs per month. but like this also still okay la. just have to work harder I guess.
